Founded in 2018 by Fizaa Esmail – MIr, Kenyan born. Fizaa is a registered Architect in Kenya (BORAQS) and a co-operate member of the Architectural Association of Kenya (MAAK). Fizaa undertook her architectural education in the United Kingdom where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology. Fizaa then went on to undertake her Postgraduate Diploma RIBA-PTII in Architecture at the University of Greenwich, and worked with an RIBA chartered Architectural Firm for four years in the United Kingdom, specializing in high-end Residential dwellings and conservation of historic buildings.
There after she came back to Kenya and worked with local firm for five years where she worked on a variety of all commercial, residential & educational architecture before founding FEM ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN..
